Global Gold Prices Climb on Friday
The article reviews the rise in gold prices worldwide by more than 1% due to a decline in the dollar, falling U.S. Treasury yields, and a drop in oil prices. This reflects investors' concerns about inflation and the Federal Reserve's policy stance regarding interest rate hikes. The spot price of an ounce reached approximately $4,177.44, after hitting a two-month low, while the U.S. gold futures contracts rose by a similar percentage to around $4,202.
