This refusal carries a high cost
The article discusses the phenomenon of rejection by the Arab community in general, and the Jordanian community in particular, of change in fundamental issues such as unemployment among doctors, the costs of marriage, and traditional views on education and professions, despite the economic and social crises that make change necessary. The article highlights the continued adherence to old traditions, such as studying medicine despite worsening job opportunities, and girls clinging to marriage standards linked to appearances and costs, without responding to the demands of the new future. It calls for breaking old rules that no longer align with the conditions of the times and encourages society to adopt positive changes that protect its structure and stability.
