Netanyahu spokesperson denies hijacking of Fly Dubai plane
Israeli media reports stated that the incident involving the change of course of the "Fly Dubai" plane from Dubai to Tel Aviv was not an hijacking operation and was not security-related. Estimates suggest that the cause was a disagreement between the pilots or an accidental press of the emergency button. No security background has been proven so far. The plane landed in Saudi Arabia, and Israel has confirmed that the incident resulted from a technical malfunction or human error, as investigations are underway to determine the final circumstances.
