Arab Bank supports Healthy Schools Initiative
The Arab Bank will continue supporting the Healthy Schools Program, which is implemented by the Royal Society for Health Awareness in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health, with the aim of improving health practices in schools. The program focuses on raising awareness and promoting healthy behaviors among students and school staff, including encouraging proper nutrition, physical activity, supporting mental health, reducing smoking, and training educational staff to adopt sustainable health practices. By the end of the 2025/2026 school year, approximately 40,000 students have benefited from the program, and 139 schools have been recognized for their commitment to the program’s standards and for achieving accreditation. The bank’s support at the Arab level aligns with its corporate social responsibility strategy, which seeks to enhance economic, social, and environmental impact through projects in health, education, and sustainable development.
