Rafinha signs contract extension with Barcelona
Decko, the Sporting Director of Barcelona, confirmed that Brazilian star Rafinha has reached an agreement to stay with the team until 2030. He explained that the player, who is currently the top scorer in La Liga with 9 goals in 6 matches, will extend his contract with the club for the next four years, despite playing in an unfamiliar position as a forward. He also indicated that two young players, Chavi Espart and Marc Bernal, will sign new contracts in the coming days. Rafinha has been one of Barcelona's key players since joining from Leeds United in 2022, and has begun to play a main role in the team’s lineup under coach Hansi Flick.
