Cowboys permit Joe Milton to join Eagles amid Hurts injury concern
The Philadelphia Eagles signed quarterback Joe Milton from the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad due to uncertainty surrounding Jalen Hurts's return from a blood clot injury. With Hurts sidelined and third-string quarterback Tanner McKee set to start, the move aims to provide depth during a critical divisional stretch. Milton, a 26-year-old with no NFL regular-season starts, has played in five games, completing 37 of 53 passes for 424 yards with two touchdowns.
