Creamy Chicken Béchamel Pasta
To make chicken béchamel pasta, boil half a kilo of pasta until partially cooked. Cook cubes of half a kilo of chicken breast with onion, pepper, and spices. Make the béchamel with one liter of milk, four tablespoons of butter and flour, along with cooking cream and mozzarella. Gradually add the milk, stirring continuously until smooth and lump-free. Layer the pasta, filling, and béchamel in a baking dish, then bake at 180°C for 25 to 35 minutes. Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing so it can set.
