Ministry Teams Up with Creators on Social Issues
The article reveals the Ministry of Social Solidarity's approach to expanding its collaboration with Egyptian drama makers to promote awareness of social and humanitarian issues through artistic works. As part of this effort, the ministry has launched the series "Guaranteed Recipe," which aims to present accurate and realistic social topics, leveraging field expertise and specialized insights to challenge stereotypes and depict models close to community life. The ministry emphasizes that this collaboration seeks to facilitate knowledge sharing and incorporate human stories from real community experiences into dramatic works, focusing on sustaining relationships and providing content that simplifies understanding issues related to family, protection, and empowerment. It views drama as one of the most influential communication tools because it reaches a broad audience and helps raise awareness and shift perceptions, all while ensuring messages are conveyed without imposing specific agendas. Instead, the goal is to support artistic creativity with the necessary information and expertise. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to empower artists to utilize the ministry’s resources and field realities to produce credible works with social significance, within the framework of efforts by the United Nations Development Programme and the European Union to advance such initiatives.
