Four Socialist Mayors Win

Democratic Socialists of America members Nithya Raman and Janeese Lewis George won mayoral races in Los Angeles and Washington, D.C., joining socialist mayors in Seattle and New York; four of the nation’s 20 largest cities now have socialist leaders. A Fox News poll found 32% of voters viewed socialism favorably, while a September Gallup poll put the figure at 43% of Americans.
