Trump's women's health directive future steps
President Donald Trump signed an executive order to establish a Women's Health Division within the NIH and a White House Women’s Health Task Force, aiming to improve research and coordination on women’s health issues. The order focuses on promoting research, developing new treatments, and enhancing data collection but does not specify funding or immediate healthcare changes for women. Critics argue that, given previous funding cuts and reductions in women’s health programs, the order's impact on actual healthcare access remains uncertain.
