Foothill High School Reacts to Record Stripping
Foothill High School's football team forfeited all seven of its wins after the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) ruled that the team had played two ineligible players in its first seven games. Although the players were initially cleared, the CIF later reversed the decision, leading to sanctions and a drop from a 7-0 record to an official 1-5. The team’s actions follow similar rulings affecting other local schools for eligibility violations.
