Lark Hotels' rapid growth to $100m
Lark Hotels, founded by Rob Blood, has grown into a successful boutique hotel chain focused on converting historic and unique properties into stylish, design-forward accommodations. The company operates over 80 properties primarily along the East Coast, as well as in Texas and California, emphasizing personalized, intimate experiences distinct from large hotel chains. Blood’s hands-on approach and emphasis on authentic design have helped Lark carve out a niche in the boutique market without plans for large-scale expansion.
