Supreme Court upholds Trump in ad case
The Supreme Court upheld the Trump administration's policy allowing political parties to access low advertising rates during the election, siding with the FCC against Democratic challenges. The decision prevents courts from reviewing the policy before the upcoming elections, potentially aiding Republicans in contested races by allowing parties to benefit financially. The ruling emphasizes the FCC's discretion and dismisses claims of procedural delays, with two liberal justices dissenting.
