Soros-backed DA Blames Police Misconduct
Eric Lewis, accused of killing Philadelphia Police Officer Shane Seiber, was acquitted of murder in 2019 due to police misconduct and false claims by officers involved in the case. Lewis now faces 76 charges, including murder and attempted murder of law enforcement officers, related to a new incident. District Attorney Larry Krasner criticized the misconduct, revealing that an officer involved in Lewis's earlier case falsely claimed an anonymous tip and was later disciplined or fired.
