Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor sues police over Epstein arrest
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has filed a legal challenge in England over police actions during his arrest earlier this year related to misconduct in public office. He was detained in February at his residence on his brother’s estate in Norfolk and questioned for nearly 12 hours before being released under investigation. The arrest followed investigations into his possible connections with Jeffrey Epstein, which Mountbatten-Windsor denies, and led to him being stripped of his prince title by King Charles amid ongoing controversy.
