Annaba Seafront Upgrade
Work has begun on developing Tourist Expansion Zone “1-A” along the Annaba Corniche, with more than 5 billion centimes allocated to the first phase as part of a comprehensive plan budgeted at 30 billion centimes. The project, being carried out by the Public Works, Construction and Irrigation Company over a period of no more than five months, includes drainage and public lighting networks, road paving, sidewalk improvements, and the preparation of plots earmarked for hotel projects. The authorities aim to equip the area to attract major tourism investments and transform the Corniche into a tourism hub, supporting job creation and local development.
