Coalition halts drone attacks on Saudi cities

Rocket and drone attacks conducted by the Saudi-led coalition supporting legitimacy in Yemen continue to target areas in Saudi Arabia. Yesterday, nine drones were destroyed after they aimed at the Eastern Province, Riyadh, and Medina. There was an unsuccessful attempt to target a facility at the Shaybah oil field, which resulted in the death of two residents and injury to two others, prompting a temporary suspension of air traffic at Dammam Airport. In Yemen, Houthi militias carried out operations that threaten the lives of civilians by blowing up roads, setting up checkpoints, and attacking drinking water sources. These actions increase the risk of displacement and contradict their efforts to win the population’s trust and recruit fighters.
