Intercontinental Cup Finals in Qatar Again
Qatar will host the final matches of the Intercontinental Club Cup for the third consecutive time. The tournament includes a match between the South American champion and Toluca of Mexico on December 9, then a showdown between the winner and Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa on December 12, and finally the final between the winner of those two matches and Paris Saint-Germain of France on December 16. This marks the third time Qatar has hosted this stage of the competition, following previous hosting in 2019, 2020, 2024, and 2025. This comes as part of Qatar's celebrations of the tournament, highlighting its past successes and its preparations to host a distinguished edition this year. The identity of the last team will be announced once the Libertadores Cup champion is determined on November 28 in Montevideo.
