Kafra Facility reopening raises site verification questions

The article discusses the Israeli army's announcement of detecting military activity by Hezbollah at a facility in Kafra, southern Lebanon, and its accusation of the Lebanese army's negligence in verifying the site's disarmament. This announcement is considered part of Israeli political and military pressure related to Israeli-Lebanese negotiations aimed at advancing the implementation of an Israeli withdrawal from Lebanese territories. Israel uses these allegations to impose additional conditions that prolong the occupation, with reports indicating that such announcements are repeatedly made in conjunction with negotiation deadlines and Lebanese military movements. This strategy appears to be aimed at creating circumstances that hinder progress in the negotiations and to ensure the continuation of Israel's military presence in the south.
