Drone strikes hit ships near Bulgaria

Two ships off the coast of Bulgaria in the Black Sea were targeted by drone attacks, resulting in the sinking of one vessel and the rescue of its 15 crew members. The incident occurs amid an escalation of drone attacks on ships and ports in the region, linked to the Russia-Ukraine war, with recent reports of attacks on vessels and maritime facilities. Until now, the responsibility for these attacks has not been definitively established, and tensions in the area are increasing, with the Russian ambassador in Sofia being summoned and support requested for an investigation.
