Amr Moussa Urges Urgent Arab Response

The article confirmed that the Yemeni Houthi group has intensified its attacks on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly targeting King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, which was hit by more than one attack within a week, resulting in the death of 12 people and dozens injured. This is considered a serious escalation in the conflict. The former Secretary-General of the Arab League, Amr Moussa, called for an urgent meeting of Arab foreign ministers in Riyadh to discuss these threats, emphasizing that Saudi Arabia's security and sovereignty should be considered a red line. He stated that the current challenges require a unified and decisive Arab stance that goes beyond mere statements of condemnation and solidarity, involving practical measures to protect Arab interests and security. The Saudi-led coalition supporting legitimacy in Yemen also condemned the attack on the airport, calling it a war crime, and urged for immediate international action against the Houthi attacks that threaten regional security.
