Syria Assad Forces at Aleppo Mosque

The Great Umayyad Mosque in Aleppo, one of the city's most important religious and historical landmarks, has reopened its doors to worshippers and visitors after months of restoration and rehabilitation work. During the process, videos were displayed showing the mosque's condition before and after the repairs, along with images of the destruction it suffered during the fighting. Syrian authorities reaffirmed that this reopening is part of efforts to rehabilitate the Old City and its markets, following the successful reopening of parts of the markets and service centers in July and August of this year.
