Supreme People's Procuratorate to Enforce Environmental Law

The Supreme People's Procuratorate of China, in line with its commitment to high-quality environmental protection, is actively working to strengthen the enforcement of the recently implemented Ecological and Environmental Code. Since the Code came into effect, a total of 73,000 cases related to ecological and environmental public interests have been reported from 2025 onward.
