Al-Shamal Ends Tawfik Deal for Al-Ahli Return

Qatar’s Al-Shamal Club announced the mutually agreed termination of Egyptian player Akram Tawfik’s contract, after he joined them in summer 2025 with a contract lasting until 2028. Reports indicated that Tawfik, 28 years old, will return to Al Ahly Egyptian club, where he is expected to sign a three-year contract and join the team’s camp in Spain for training soon.
