Oman initiates $6B oil projects

The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum announced that a consortium comprising Petrojet and Enppi has won a six-year framework agreement with Oman Oil Development Company. The agreement covers projects valued at over $6 billion. Its goal is to support the expansion of Egyptian oil sector companies abroad and to increase engineering and technical exports, while also enhancing local value addition in Oman through engineer training and increasing the participation of local companies and national supply chains. Additionally, it opens new horizons for partnership between Egypt and Oman in the energy sector.
