Residents of the Nianno area in the Karmbaliyah district of Nabeul Governorate have urgently called for the paving of the road that connects them to neighboring regions. Deputy Ramzi Bouazza explained that the issue stems from the paving works on Henchir El Haddad Road, which previously served as a passage for the valley. These works resulted in the blockage of the water drainage path, worsening the crisis, turning the area into a black spot where water accumulates and traffic is hindered. This road is included in the flood compensation projects for 2026, awaiting the implementation of necessary repairs to end residents' suffering.
