Tunis Court Rejects Al-Khit Dissolution

The Tunisian Court of First Instance has dismissed the case concerning the dissolution of the Al-Khatt Association after a legal and administrative process that lasted several months. The association noted that the ruling does not resolve all its difficulties, particularly the inability to manage part of its financial resources deposited in the bank, which hampers its activities and affects its obligations towards its staff and partners. The association affirms its commitment to Law No. 88 of 2011 and intends to continue working to recover its funds, as well as to defend press freedom and solidarity with organizations and associations facing difficulties or facing harassment due to their work.
