Dar Al-Sabah and Sinib Labras Merge

The merger process between Snip Labras and Dar Emtithal has resulted in the unification of the management of the two public media organizations in Tunisia, in response to President Kais Saied's decision. This aims to ensure the continuity of publication and the sustainability of national journalism. A share purchase agreement has been signed, and full absorption procedures are currently underway, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and accelerating digital transformation. These efforts are intended to support both print and digital journalism's resilience. This step is part of a government plan to restructure public media institutions, with the state's reaffirmation of support for salaries and the need to preserve the symbolic significance of these organizations as part of the national memory.
