Next Sunday: Free Museum Entry

On Sunday, October 4, 2026, Tunisian citizens and legally resident foreigners in Tunisia will be allowed free entry to archaeological sites and open-air museums, according to the Heritage Revival and Cultural Development Agency. This measure applies to landmarks under the supervision of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and will be implemented regularly on the first Sunday of each month, on official holidays, as well as on April 18 and May 18, coinciding respectively with International Day for Monuments and Sites and International Museum Day.
