The proposed draft law concerning sports structures is returning to parliamentary debate as the session scheduled for October 2, 2026 approaches. The Education and Youth Committee is working on developing the text by gathering feedback from experts and relevant stakeholders. The law aims to regulate sports structures, establish governance standards, and set eligibility criteria for executive committee candidacies, with the possibility of amending its content before the final vote. A study session is expected to be organized in mid-October to collect additional comments, ensuring that it aligns with the expectations of the sports sector.
