Ariana clears illegal structures in Sabkhat Rouwad

Arianne authorities carried out a field operation to remove illegal constructions on state-owned lands in Ras Roud and Aoual neighborhoods within the Jaffar area. The operation included incomplete housing units, fences, and administrative removal orders, aiming to curb uncontrolled expansion and limit the phenomenon of land occupation on state property. The intervention was conducted in accordance with judicial rulings, which involved evacuations and the seizure of stables and livestock. Special emphasis was placed on uncovering illegal land sales, especially due to the proximity of these lands to tourist areas, to prevent the escalation of this phenomenon and to protect public assets. The operations aim to reduce illegal building proliferation and to strike a balance between removal processes and investigations into illegal land sales, while highlighting the importance of strengthening legal oversight over properties prior to future transactions.
