Honor begins loan applications tomorrow

Starting tomorrow, Tunisia will implement a new system for financing projects by offering "honor-based loans" with no interest or guarantees. The loans will be up to 25,000 dinars for small and medium-sized enterprises and 10,000 dinars for individuals. The goal is to enable small business owners to access funding easily and without complicated conditions. Applications will be submitted through banks' digital platforms, and the bank will respond within 10 days—either approving or denying the request. The repayment period is up to two years, interest-free. This system aims to support economic and social development, particularly for companies and individuals struggling to obtain traditional financing.
