Recent rains damage Zaghouan roads

Zaghouan Governorate experienced heavy rainfall on the evening of Thursday, September 10. The amount of rainfall in various areas reached different levels, including 72 mm in Bir Mcharqa, 67 mm in Zaghouan, 60 mm in El Fahs, 55 mm in Ain Asker, and 48 mm in Sfouf. These rains caused damage to the roads in some neighborhoods such as El Bastine, El Mo'assas, El Arays, and Wadi Waz, due to the appearance of potholes and soil erosion. Despite efforts by the Urban Water Authority to clean and deepen the valleys to facilitate rainwater drainage, some road damage occurred.
