The Civil Protection revealed the outcomes of their interventions following the heavy rain that affected several regions in Tunisia. They carried out 46 water accumulation assessments, pumped water from homes and commercial stores 21 times, removed 135 vehicles stranded by floodwaters, and assisted 55 people in crossing. They explained that the large volumes of rain caused water to pool in low-lying areas such as Bab Alioua, especially after heavy rains in the Sidi Menoubia area.
