Digital Ministry launches Khadamat app

The Ministry of Communications Technologies has launched the first version of the national digital administrative services application, "Services." This app allows citizens to securely and uniformly access a wide range of electronic services around the clock using their digital identity. Available services include viewing and updating personal information such as phone number and email, accessing administrative document data like vehicle ownership and driver's license, as well as social, tax, and traffic services, such as paying fees, booking appointment tests, and submitting bill declarations. The ministry aims to expand and develop this service by adding new features in the future.
