Tunisian-American Partnership on Security
The visit of a delegation from the General Directorate of Training at the police to the state of Michigan, USA, confirmed the exchange of expertise with the local police and the Criminal Justice College, aimed at supporting Tunisia's capabilities in addressing shared security threats such as drug trafficking, organized crime, and terrorism. The visit included an overview of the experiences of police academy management and the quality of training, in order to enhance the capabilities of the Tunisian Police Academy, which was built in partnership with the United States, to develop specialized security competencies.
