Nablus: 180 violations issued by Coastal Strip Agency

The Nabeul governorate continues to carry out beach clearing and cleaning operations until September to ensure better conditions for bathers during the summer season. The governorate encompasses 47 beaches, which are cleaned daily by the Coastal Protection Agency in coordination with the municipalities. Throughout this year, 180 violations have been addressed, including assaults on public maritime property, illegal water discharges, unlicensed construction, and the dumping of hazardous plastic waste. The highest concentrations of debris are found on the beaches of Nabeul and Hammamet.
