Barcelona fire prompts evacuations

A forest fire broke out near the Spanish city of Barcelona, resulting in the evacuation of about 25 residents from the northern Torí Baró area due to heavy smoke. Authorities also urged remaining residents to stay indoors and keep doors and windows closed for protection. The fire, which started in the Serra de Collserola area on Tuesday afternoon, consumed approximately 35 hectares of land. It was fought by around 160 firefighters, 12 aircraft, and helicopters.
