Sharjah Digital and AWS Partner on Digital Growth

The Sharjah Digital Department has signed a memorandum of understanding with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance digital capabilities and exchange technical expertise, with the aim of developing the skills of government personnel in the fields of artificial intelligence and cloud computing. The memorandum includes implementing specialized training programs and fostering cooperation in technology policies, data preservation, and privacy, in support of Sharjah's Digital Transformation Strategy for 2026–2028. The agreement aims to improve the efficiency of government work and provide innovative services to the community by developing local talents and leveraging global expertise in digital technology.
