FIFA delays Jeddah finals; refunds automatic

The International Football Federation (FIFA), in coordination with the Saudi Arabian Esports Federation, has announced the postponement of the FIFA eWorld Cup 2026 finals originally scheduled to be held in Jeddah from October 16 to 25, 2026. This decision has been made due to current developments in the region and their impact on organizational and logistical arrangements. The statement confirmed that all purchased tickets will be automatically refunded to the original payment methods, with no action required from attendees. Refund operations will begin soon, and the time for funds to reach accounts may vary depending on the bank. A new date for the tournament has not yet been set, and an announcement will be made through official channels. The organizers are also committed to safeguarding the rights of all ticket holders.
