Sir Alex Ferguson's Health Fears

Legendary Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed his fears of developing Alzheimer's disease, attributing this to frequent heading of the ball during his playing career. He explained that he constantly monitors his health and hopes to live to 85 years old in good health. Ferguson also supports dementia patients, especially after his brother was diagnosed with the disease. He donated £100,000 to a charity that helps restore memory using music, despite experiencing several health crises, including a serious brain hemorrhage in 2018. Despite these health challenges, he continues to attend Manchester United matches from the stands with high spirits. He is one of the most decorated managers in football, with a total of thirty-eight titles.
