Jeddah Hosts Cityscape West March 2027

The first edition of Cityscape West Exhibition will be held in Jeddah from March 29 to 31, 2027, at Jeddah Super Dome under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, organized by Tihalaf Company. The exhibition aims to support Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 by promoting investments and real estate development in the western region, especially in Jeddah, Mecca, and Medina. It seeks to foster broad partnerships and investment opportunities. This initiative comes amidst the growth of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia, where Jeddah experienced a 28% increase in the value of residential transactions in the first half of 2025, while Medina saw the highest annual growth rate of 49%.
