Al-Hilal Club is close to signing Gambian national team striker Moussa Barrow, who played for Al-Taawoun for three seasons, scoring 30 goals in 79 matches. The 27-year-old player is currently undergoing a medical examination in preparation for signing a transfer deal to Al-Khaleej, after other clubs showed interest in signing him. However, he chose to join the "Al-Dana" team to work under the management of Portuguese coach José Gomes. It is worth mentioning that Barrow previously excelled with Italian clubs Bologna and Atalanta, and he suffered a serious knee injury last season, which kept him out of matches from the sixth round onward. His market value is estimated at 6 million euros, and his move to Al-Khaleej comes after his previous contract ended on a free transfer basis.
