Prosecutor Requests Bio Similar Drug Data

The Prosecutor General of Lebanon issued a order to detain all Bio Similar medications since 2018, especially those introduced through exceptional decisions by the Ministers of Health or as a result of laboratory tests on confiscated drugs. A request was also directed to the Ministry of Health to submit a complete list of these medicines along with their related test results, in order to monitor and verify their details.
