October 10th Strike: Trump Halts Israeli Iran Attack

The Financial Times revealed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu planned to attack Iran on October 10th, but then-U.S. President Donald Trump halted this plan. Israel was preparing for a large-scale aerial operation that would include strikes on civilian infrastructure and nuclear facilities. However, the plan was postponed at Trump's request to avoid escalating the confrontation before the midterm Congress elections. These statements come amid an unprecedented escalation in tensions between Israel and Iran, with Israel's elections scheduled for October 27th and the U.S. midterm elections on November 3rd, increasing political sensitivity and control over the military situation.
