Iraqaji: Iran and Russia deepen cooperation

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi stated that the cooperation between Tehran and Moscow has reached its highest historical levels, following the visit of his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, to Tehran for the first time since the beginning of the war in the Middle East. During the talks, which covered issues from Europe to West Asia—including Lebanon, Palestine, Ukraine, and Yemen—the two sides discussed expanding economic and nuclear cooperation. Araqchi noted that this convergence is unprecedented in the history of the two countries' relations, while Lavrov affirmed that Russia is committed to the economic and nuclear cooperation agreements with Iran.
