Barbie Honoring Celine Dion at Oscars

Mattel Creations has announced the release of a new Barbie doll inspired by international artist Celine Dion. The doll reflects the look from her performance of "My Heart Will Go On" at the 1998 Oscars, where she wore a light blue dress designed by Michael Kors and carried a necklace inspired by the "Heart of the Ocean" jewel from the movie Titanic. The doll is exclusively available for $60 through the company's platform and serves as a tribute to Dion's career, which has sold over 250 million albums. This initiative coincides with her return to the stage after a six-year hiatus, following her diagnosis with stiff person syndrome, which affected her worldwide tour and led to multiple cancellations. Dion expressed pride in this tribute, seeing it as part of her artistic legacy. The doll aims to inspire others to express themselves confidently and to pursue their dreams.
