Israeli Incursion into Daraa and Detentions
Israeli field violations in southern Syria continue, with occupation forces launching repeated incursions and arrests in the areas of Daraa and Quneitra countryside. During the latest incursion into Wadi Raqad in the Daraa countryside, Israeli military vehicles entered the area, raided a house, and detained residents, in addition to shelling vacant lands before withdrawing. These violations recur within the context of ongoing tensions, amid the absence of a final agreement regulating security arrangements between Syria and Israel, and Damascus's continued accusations of violating the 1974 disengagement agreement, along with demands for the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Syrian territory.
