President Joseph Aoun welcomed Georges Zard Abu Jouda, the Mayor of Joun El Dib – Qanaia. He provided information about the preparations for launching the digital transformation program for municipalities in Lebanon, which is being carried out in coordination with the ESA Business School and through the Abu Jouda Foundation. The initiative aims to improve municipal services and enhance technology within local administrations through specialized programs, all to improve service delivery to citizens and support local development in Lebanese regions.
