Lebanon joins IMEC Ports Club

Lebanon has joined the IMEC Ports Club through the Beirut and Tripoli gateways, in order to enhance its role as a logistical and service hub in the region. This move is part of efforts to modernize and develop Lebanese port infrastructure, with the aim of increasing container and cargo traffic and strengthening Lebanon’s economic role as a link between the East and West. The project aims to improve port performance and services, thereby attracting investments and boosting maritime trade activity.
